Problem:  There is a problem with VARIABLE DISPLAY using the new 2005 conditional

logic. The logic is based on the date of birth in the ^T global (HCA/LCA) or a local variable F5 (BCA). However, VARIABLE DISPLAY looks directly at the FS global to derive its information and we haven't done the necessary pre-processing to properly look at the right list.

Solution:  I added a simple $D check for the BCA form to prevent future UNDEF errors, but I believe we should consider a more appropriate fix for the situation. It is only a minor problem for the HCA/LCA since all we see is that the code is not displayed.
