Problem: Entering
a 'Q' command during pagination of a user report causes a subscript error.
Problem: the loops are not checking for %ERR before trying to grab the next
usage node info at which point XIND and FORM have been set to null by
WRITE^FSRP4 call. Solution: Modified
the FSU0, FSUACTN and FSUACTS user reports to add appropriate QUIT conditions
after calls to WRITE^FSRP4 and inside loops that have WRITE calls. Received: 1/11/06 Evaluation: TAG

similar passwords resulting in accidentally logging onto another facility and
registering records. Since we followed a convention of including the hospital
code in the answerback value we can check that the user id site code agrees

the complications reporting. It would be helpful to display more info about
what is being reported in the FILE VALUES DISPLAY option for these items. Solution: Added 5th comma piece to file description stored in
^FSSYS("TPDESC","LCA","NCHS06". Updated routine
FSTAPECK at PROC and PROC+3 to display comment info. Done in OVD on Net3.

printing/displaying at hospital. 4. Edit ZTRNFIL so that the state receives decrypted
